Please join us for a time of family, fellowship, and food with the body of Christ!

Sign up in foyer for the thanksgiving themed potluck dinner and a Ways to Serve today!

GUIDELINES FOR THANKS DINNER FOOD

  • Sign up for one or more food categories (and Ways to Serve, too!). Signup Sheets and food trays are available in the Foyer.
  • Make your favorite recipe or try a new one in that category.

Food Categories:

Stuffing

White Potatoes

Sweet Potatoes

Green Bean Casserole

Hot Vegetables

Green Salad & Dressing

Pie

Other Dessert

Please bring dishes to church no later than 5:30 pm on Friday, November 6th.

All dishes must be prepared for a minimum of 20 servings.

Potato dishes – Use 10 lbs of potatoes.

Desserts – Must be pre-cut before you arrive and have a minimum of 20 pieces. (Pies cut into 8 slices.)

Safe Handling of Hot and Cold Dishes:

Hot dishes need to stay HOT.  Plan on making your dish so that you can take it out of the oven, cover with foil, label it and bring before the dinner, ready to serve.

Cold dishes need to be kept refrigerated.  Plan on making your dish so that you can keep it cooled, cover it with foil, label it, and bring before the dinner, ready to serve.

Please Note:  If you need to cook the day before (due to work schedule, etc.), please bring your dish labeled and pre-assembled to the church refrigerator so that we can properly handle it the day of the dinner.
