On Sunday, August 28th, following our church service, we will be having our All Church Baptism and Picnic. We will probably be meeting at Recreation Point at Bass Lake, if they are through felling all the dead trees**. If not, we may have it at Pastor Bob’s house, or somewhere else. But the date is firm, so if you need to follow our Lord’s example and command, to be baptized (Matthew 28:18-20), please contact Pastor Bob at 683-2570 or Pastor Craig at 999-9211 and they will make the arrangements.
When we decide where we will have the baptism, all of us will need to bring our own blankets, chairs and picnic lunch (with utensils, if needed). So, whether you’re being baptized or not, a great and blessed time will be had by all! So, put Sunday, August 28th from approximately 2 pm onward, on your calendar.
